What causes anxiety is different for everyone. Sometimes a difficult time in your life can set off anxiety. Sometimes it’s caused by a combination of things that have built up over time; and sometimes there is just no obvious cause at all.

Combining hypnotherapy, cognitive behaviour therapy and mindfulness is an effective way to eliminate anxiety. My program will help you reframe how you think about the things that make you fearful or apprehensive.
